Appeals To Parking Violation Citations:
The parking appeals process is designed solely to determine if the officer issuing the parking citation has made a critical error. Parking appeals must be made in writing within 72 hours of the citation issuance. Appeals can be made by contacting the Greenville Police Department and obtaining a Parking Citation Appeal Form. The form can also be downloaded from the link below. The form should be filled out fully, giving your complete address including city, state and zip code. Submit the completed appeal form along with a copy of the citation issued. You will be notified in writing of the results of your appeal.
