A. Copies are available at all Greenville Recreation & Parks facilities, City Hall, and Greenville area Libraries. You can also access a copy online by clicking R&P Current Brochure.

Q How do I reserve a picnic shelter?
A. In order to reserve a picnic shelter (excludingRiver Park North, Thomas Foreman Park, South Greenville Park, orBoyd Lee Park), you must come by Jaycee Park Administrative Building, 2000 Cedar Lane, Greenville between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, and pay the reservation fee. For more information on fees and/or to check availability, please call 329-4567; however, NO PHONE RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Picnic shelters reserved half day; opening to 3 pm or 3 pm to dusk and all day reservation are available.

Thomas Foreman Park—call 329-4548
South Greenville Park—call 329-4549
Boyd Lee Park—call 329-4550. You must go to these locations and pay the reservation fees.
Q. Can my church / business/ school reserve a Picnic Shelter?
A. Yes, however, there must be a person responsible for the reservation.
Q. Does a picnic shelter reservation mean I have the whole park?
A. No, you have the covered shelter with picnic tables and grill. The public may still use the park.
Q. How do I know if I am a resident of Greenville or not?
A. In order to be a city resident, you must reside inside the city limits of Greenville and pay city taxes.
Q. I own a business or property in Greenville. Do I still have to pay non-resident fees?
A. Yes, you must reside inside the city limits of Greenville
