The Greenville Recreation and Parks Department provides recreational opportunities for people with physical or developmental disabilities in Greenville and Pitt County. A major component of this is the Pitt County Special Olympics Program. This program provides year-round training and competition for citizens of Pitt County with intellectual or physical disabilities.
