SUMMARY OF BENEFITS

The following is a summary of the major benefits provided to regular full-time employees.  Employees in designated part-time positions are eligible to receive a limited benefits package.  Benefits are not available to regular part-time, seasonal, or temporary employees.

One-half of paid expenses reimbursed, max $1,000 per calendar year. Orthodontic expenses reimbursed at ½ up to $2,000 lifetime maximum per individual
Basic Life Insurance

Face amount is one times base annual salary, max $100,000. Policy includes accidental death and dismemberment coverage
Optional Life Insurance

Optional term life insurance (max $100,000) and universal life insurance (max $150,000)

After 12 months of employment; must have worked at least 1250 hrs during the preceding 12 month period

Up to 12 weeks of FML without pay for birth of child, placement of adopted child, to care for relative with serious health condition or for serious personal illness. Must use accumulated sick/vacation leave before going on LWOP
Leave for Parental Involvement In School**

Computer Purchase Program
