Mayoral Letter or Proclamation Request

Citizens can request a Mayoral Letter or Proclamation to commemorate special events. Requests will go through an internal review process, so it is necessary to submit your request at least two weeks prior to the date the document is needed to insure timely issuance.

Online Activity Registration

Registration for most Recreation and Parks programs is available online. There is a small processing fee for online registration. Credits may be issued according to departmental policies
