The Design Review Committee of the Historic Preservation Commission will be meeting on Thursday, August 2nd, at 5:45 PM in room 102 of the Municipal Building to discuss COA applications 19-0014 for 409 S. Rotary Avenue, 19-0015 and 19-0016 for 402 S Eastern Street. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
At the Design Review meeting, the following occurs:

The applicant will present information about the proposed project and how it responds to the Design Guidelines and the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.

The public may offer comments regarding the proposed design.*

The Design Review Committee will prepare its recommendation regarding the design for the Historic Preservation Commission.
*Please note that public comment at the Recommendation meeting is limited to design considerations as described in the Design Guidelines.
