The City Council of the City of Greenville, NC (hereinafter called the "City") and Greenville Utilities Commission (hereinafter called GUC) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified independent auditors having sufficient governmental accounting and auditing experience in performing an audit for fiscal years 2015 through 2019 (5 years).
