Project Description
The City of Greenville and the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) have formed a committee to study the 10th Street corridor from Evans Street to Oxford Road to address transportation concerns and evaluate improvement alternatives. At 3 miles long, this section of 10th Street is home to a range of residential, business, and educational uses and serves not only motorists but pedestrians, bicyclists, and transit.
The consulting team, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., is a national firm based in Cary, North Carolina. They have planners, engineers, and landscape architects working side-by-side to tackle transportation challenges.
