This is a fantastic half day camp provided by a partnership with Crossfit/Tier1 for teen boys and girls. Click the link below for our daily schedule. This camp will focus on healthy food choices, planning a daily workout, and proper exercise technique. The participants will also learn the importance of functional exercise and how to maintain fitness levels throughout life. Skills will be taught in an environment that promotes and encourages teamwork. Team sport activities will help build group cohesiveness, camaraderie, and forge new friendships. Camp will include healthy lunches every day along with cooking and prep demonstrations all provided by Villa Verde! This is a great summer course for teens or pre-teens looking to get in shape and the young athlete wanting to stay in shape during the off season.
