The City of Greenville is holding two public engagement meetings seeking community feedback on allowing vertical mixed use development.  These types of buildings contain a mix of residential and commercial uses.  There will be a meeting on June 4, 2024 from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at the Barnes-Ebron-Taft Community Center located at 120 Park Access Rd. and on June 6, 2024 in the City Hall Gallery Area located at 200 West 5^th St. from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. There will be a presentation at both meetings at 6:00PM.  A virtual option is available on June 5, 2024 at 12:00PM.  Please email cgooby@greenvillenc.gov for a link to the virtual meeting or if you have any questions.  You only need to attend one meeting.
