The City of Greenville, on behalf of the Greenville Urban Area Metropolitan Planning
Organization, Rocky Mount Urban Area MPO, Goldsboro Urban Area MPO, New Bern Urban
Area MPO, Eastern Carolina Rural Planning Organization (RPO), Down East RPO, Mid-East
RPO, Upper Coastal RPO, Peanut Belt RPO, Albemarle RPO and in coordination with the North
Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), is seeking proposals from qualified
professional service firms necessary to develop a Regional Freight Mobility Plan for the
Planning Area serviced by the above referenced organizations.
