Mandatory Contractor's Workshop

Join the City of Greenville’s Planning & Development Services Department Housing Division for a General Contractor’s Workshop on Wednesday, April 12th at 10:00AM on 201 West Fifth Street (Municipal Building 3rd Floor). 

 

This workshop is designed to inform general contractors about the requirements for bidding on new construction and housing rehabilitation projects with the Housing Division. All licensed general contractors seeking to be added to the City of Greenville’s Approved Contractor’s List are invited to attend.

This workshop is mandatory for all contractors currently on the Approved Contractors List. Women-owned, minority-owned, and Section 3-certified businesses are encouraged to attend.

 The workshop will be held on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building, 201 W 5th Street.
