Dream Park Community Building

The Dream Park Community Building project includes the renovation of the old Fire Station #2 built in the 1930's. The work is the first significant renovations to the structure since it ceased operating as a fire station more than 40 years ago. The facility will be available for rentals and various programs.

Construction was completed in September 2024. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in October 2024.

Cost: $1.78 million

Greenfield Terrace Park Improvements

The Greenfield Terrace Park improvements include a 1,000-square feet addition to the Barnes-Ebron-Taft Community Building, the replacement of smaller playground equipment, parking lot improvements, the resurfacing of the existing basketball court, and landscape improvements.

Construction was completed in Spring 2025. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on

Wildwood Park PARTF Project

In late 2022, the City of Greenville was awarded a Park and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) grant in the amount of $361,600 for improvements to Wildwood Park.  The scope of work includes a new parking lot, restroom building, observation deck, and play equipment (ziplines and challenge course).Wildwood Park Proposed Ziplines
