The 10th Annual Carter Williams Art Show & Fundraiser is going virtual! We invite you to participate in this year’s event which will be open online for two weeks, from Monday, September 28 – Monday, October 12. All sales for this year’s event will be online through Facebook (@JayceeParkArts) and Instagram (@Jaycee_Arts). All artwork will be photographed and posted online with detailed information about each piece. If you are interested in purchasing a piece of artwork, leave a comment under the photo. We will reach out with information regarding payment and pick-up.
This event is in honor of Carter Williams Caropreso who died in 1996 from complications related to breast cancer just one year after her initial diagnosis. Since the beginning of this art event in 2009, more than 250 artists from across North Carolina and beyond have shown over 1,000 pieces of artwork. Together, we’ve generated thousands in support of breast cancer research, education and community outreach. The proceeds from this year’s event will support The National Breast Cancer Foundation .
Artists/Donors: Please consider contributing pieces of your artwork or work from your collection to be part of this year’s fundraiser. All artwork donations must include an artist/donor consignment form. All donations must be received by or before Monday, September 21.
