American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification

Ages: 15 & up

Become an American Red Cross Lifeguard. Course teaches the knowledge and skills needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies, CPR, First Aid and AED training. Pretest required, includes 300-yard swim, treading water and timed object retrieval. Must be age 15 by the last day of class. Fee includes $50 non-refundable deposit. This is a hybrid class; each student will need access to an electronic device and internet in order to complete the online portion.

When you look at the dates class runs like this.

First date is the pretest only - you are only here for as long as it takes you to do the pretest. 

You will have about a week and half to complete 10 hours of online training. 

The in-person sessions are the weekend dates. Class will be Friday night, ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday.  Total of 24 hours.

ALL CLASSES ARE MANDATORY!

You cannot pick and choose dates, must be able to attend all the dates in each grouping.
