The Greenville Police Department's Cops and Barbers program is once again partnering with area barber shops to give away free haircuts and backpacks ahead of the school year while supplies last. Locations: Kampus Kutz, 3004 E. 10th St.; Young Vision Barbershop, 1114 Evans St.; Rodney’s Barbershop, 206 W. 14th St. and at Another Level Barbershop, 106 E. Fifth St.
