Pursuant to the National Affordable Housing Act, the City of Greenville is advertising a public comment period from October 18, 2025, to December 11, 2025. Staff wishes to receive comments on the 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan (AAP).
The first public meeting will be held on Wednesday November 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., at the Barnes-Ebron-Taft Center located in Greenfield Terrace at 401 Greenfield Blvd. A second public meeting will be held on Monday November 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. by remote (electronic) means, and the last public meeting will be held on Monday November 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Eppes Recreation Center building located at 400 Nash Street.
The City seeks to receive comments from the community and stakeholders for the allocation of resources and funds provided through the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 200 West Fifth Street during the 6:00 p.m. City Council meeting. Registration for the public meetings is not required. However, to receive access to the remote public meeting held on November 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., please call the Neighborhood and Business Services Deaprtment at (252) 329-4295 and request the link.
