At the Design Review meeting, the following occurs:

1. The applicant will present information about the proposed project and how it responds to the Design Guidelines and the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
2. The public may offer comments regarding the proposed design.*
3. The Design Review Committee will prepare its recommendation regarding the design for the Historic Preservation Commission.

 Members of the public are welcome to attend.
